Responsibilities
Independently conduct critical experiments that support project and program goals
Generate, characterize, and maintain stable cell models using molecular biology techniques
Develop, interpret, and adapt experimental protocols while maintaining accurate scientific records
Analyze multistage experimental data, identify deviations, and design follow-up experiments
Cryopreserve, organize, and manage engineered cell line inventories
Perform routine and complex laboratory tasks with consistency and scientific rigor
Maintain strong understanding of assigned projects and overall research objectives
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and laboratory procedures
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Biology or a related field, or Bachelor's degree in Biology with extensive relevant laboratory experience
Strong experience with mammalian cell culture and cellular biology principles
Hands-on experience designing experiments and performing molecular biology techniques such as genomic DNA extraction and polymerase chain reaction
Proficiency in general laboratory procedures and aseptic technique
Ability to interpret, document, and present scientific data clearly
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Background in cancer biology or functional genomics research
Experience with next-generation sequencing technologies and library preparation
Familiarity with collaborative research in a matrixed environment
Working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and automation systems
