Responsibilities
Provide financial and accounting due diligence services to private equity clients and companies
Conduct complex analyses including cash flows, quality of earnings, working capital, and profitability trends
Identify potential liabilities, risks, and deal considerations
Prepare deliverables and present key findings during engagements
Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of workstreams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3 or more years of experience in a related field
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong presentation and analytical skills
Proficiency with applicable technology tools
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Ability to travel as needed based on client and business needs
Preferred
CPA (or CPA‑eligible) with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Master's in Accounting or MBA with an accounting undergraduate degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in: Financial audit (Top 10 CPA firm preferred), Financial due diligence, Investment banking, Corporate finance, Financial consulting, Other M&A‑related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office
Self‑motivated and able to excel in fast‑paced environments
Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
