Responsibilities
Grow commercial maintenance revenue within an assigned territory
Drive new opportunities through cold calling, networking, field visits, and in‑person meetings
Present proposals, bids, and service solutions to prospective clients
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track activity in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
Meet or exceed activity and sales benchmarks
Build long‑term relationships with property managers, owners, investors, engineers, and other key stakeholders
Conduct regular client visits to identify needs and uncover new business
Support Account Managers with meetings, proposals, and contract discussions
Partner with Construction and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of new accounts
Assist with PO processes and property mapping for internal systems
Provide updates on pipeline activity, challenges, and market trends
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase visibility
Visit job sites and client properties regularly to stay connected to the market
Conduct basic market research to identify trends and competitive insights
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B outside sales experience (commercial services preferred)
Proven ability to generate leads, build trust, and close deals
Skilled in negotiation, territory management, and relationship‑based selling
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel across OR
Pre‑employment drug screen
Criminal background check
Clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Local market knowledge and service‑industry background are a plus
