Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
Build and optimize RESTful / microservices-based architectures
Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and architecture teams
Perform code reviews , enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term fixes
Participate in design discussions and technical decision-making
Qualification
Required
14+ years of overall software development experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js (mandatory)
Experience building enterprise-scale backend systems
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and API integrations
Hands-on experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Preferred
Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
Exposure to system design and architecture
