Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational roles (BCBAs, RBTs, admin, leadership)
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and follow-through
Maintaining active pipelines — no stalled candidates
Driving urgency without sacrificing quality
Daily follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders
Clear ownership of open roles and timelines
Proactively identifying bottlenecks and fixing them
Reporting real numbers, not excuses
Improving recruiting workflows (not just “maintaining” them)
Ensuring candidates are aligned with expectations before interviews
Partnering directly with leadership on hiring decisions
Holding a high bar — we do not hire “just to fill seats”
Qualification
Required
Proven, high-ownership recruiter
Prior recruiting experience in healthcare (ABA / behavioral health strongly preferred)
Experience in full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational roles (BCBAs, RBTs, admin, leadership)
Ability to source, screen, interview, and extend offers
Experience maintaining active pipelines with no stalled candidates
Ability to drive urgency without sacrificing quality
Daily follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders
Clear ownership of open roles and timelines
Proactively identifying bottlenecks and fixing them
Reporting real numbers, not excuses
Improving recruiting workflows
Ensuring candidates are aligned with expectations before interviews
Partnering directly with leadership on hiring decisions
