Altar'd State is a rapidly growing women’s fashion company committed to giving back to the community. The IT Infrastructure & Engineering Intern will assist with various technology projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance productivity through automation.

Responsibilities

Responsible for a variety of projects and support work across a wide range of technology, including Windows PCs and servers, Mac PCs, mobile devices, Azure and GCP computing solutions, and several communications platforms

Troubleshooting complex technical issues

Administering various infrastructure-level systems

Implementing automation and efficiency improvements

Working alongside our infrastructure team to evaluate the onboarding/termination process

Improving our capabilities for visualizing and reporting on end user issues

Collaborating with the IT Operations & Development team to increase our collaboration and find ways to enhance productivity through automation

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree as a Junior or Senior student - Computer Science/Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or related field

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent communications skills and able to succeed in a team environment

Demonstrated ability using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (i.e. ability to create charts, graphs, pivot tables, advanced formulas, statistical tools, etc.)

Strong blend of analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Detail Oriented

Ability to work independently
