Senior LevelMergerin is a governance-led platform focused on acquiring and operating established SMEs globally. They are seeking an M&A Coach / Influencer to create content, run coaching sessions, and engage with the dealmaker community, helping to shape modern SME acquisitions.

Responsibilities
Create daily M&A-focused content across social media
Run coaching / training sessions for dealmakers
Actively engage with the Mergerin dealmaker community
Educate operators on: Deal structure, Risk, Governance, Real-world acquisition mistakes
Provide weekly strategic input to the core team
Become a recognized M&A voice associated with Mergerin
Qualification
Required
Have real M&A transaction experience (buy-side, sell-side, PE, search funds, corp dev, etc.)
Enjoy teaching, coaching, and breaking down complex deals in clear, simple language
Are comfortable on camera (short-form video, explainers, live sessions, podcasts)
Like engaging daily with a community (comments, discussions, feedback)
Want to help shape how modern SME acquisitions are done at scale
