Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement BPM workflows and process models
Build and customize BPM components, rules, and integrations
Develop REST/SOAP integrations between BPM processes and backend systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into executable process flows
Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support for BPM applications
Participate in CI/CD activities and support BPM deployments across environments
Optimize and refactor existing processes to improve performance and maintainability
Document process designs, integration points, and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with BPM platforms (Camunda, Pega, jBPM, IBM BPM, Appian, or similar)
Hands-on experience designing and implementing BPMN workflows
Experience integrating BPM solutions with Java-based backend services
Understanding of REST APIs and service-oriented architectures
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
