Responsibilities
Manage projects from contract award through final closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost forecasting
Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change management
Coordinate with superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with the project plan
Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control
Prepare and present project status reports to ownership and senior leadership
Maintain strong client, architect, and consultant relationships
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial GC
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Proficiency with Procore, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience delivering commercial projects in the South Florida market
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
