Responsibilities
Work closely with technicians, service managers, and CSRs to ensure customer expectations are met
Dispatch service calls by priority, urgency, and profitability to meet/exceed daily revenue goals
Provide regular updates to customers and reschedule or advance calls according to company guidelines
Collaborate with field supervisors to ensure first calls for the next day are strategically assigned
Coordinate multifaceted jobs and facilitate communication between technicians and vendors
Relay accurate information to technicians regarding customer concerns to ensure best-in-class service
Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the company brand
Provide backup support for incoming service calls as needed
Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatching
Qualification
Required
1+ years of professional dispatching experience, preferably in home trade services
Ability to travel to regional branch locations for training as needed
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills across different personalities and styles
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand peak seasons
IT competent: Efficient typist, proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and phone systems
Preferred
Experience in an HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical setting is highly preferred
Experience with Service Titan is a plus!
