ELD Curriculum Writer
The Reimagined Classroom is dedicated to creating high-quality instructional materials for diverse learners. They are seeking an experienced ELD Curriculum Writer to design and review curriculum that supports Dually Identified English Learners, English Learners, and Multilingual Learners, ensuring it aligns with state standards and best practices in education.

Responsibilities
Write and/or review curriculum materials designed for DELD, ELD, and MLL students
Ensure alignment with state standards (ELD/ELA and content-area standards)
Apply best practices in language development, scaffolding, and accessibility
Review content for clarity, equity, cultural relevance, and instructional accuracy
Provide actionable feedback to curriculum writers and project teams
Collaborate with editors, project managers, and subject-matter experts to meet deadlines
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in DELD, ELD, and/or MLL instruction
Experience writing or reviewing K–12 curriculum materials
Strong understanding of language acquisition, scaffolding strategies, and inclusive pedagogy
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet project-based deadlines
Master's Degree in Education or a related field
Teaching experience with at least 5 years of teaching in early childhood
Experience in content creation and curriculum development
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Creativity and passion for delivering high-quality educational materials
Preferred
Familiarity with WIDA, ELPA21, or state ELD standards
