Responsibilities
Drive institutional client growth and revenue through regulated marketplace and FLEX options strategies
Act as Head Executing Broker for complex, high-touch, multi-leg FLEX and listed equity/index options trades
Advise clients on bespoke FLEX structures, market conditions, and execution strategy
Lead and manage the agency options desk, ensuring best-in-class execution, client service, and regulatory discipline
Oversee FLEX trade operations, reporting, and coordination with clearing, middle office, and compliance
Lead client onboarding, customized reporting, and ongoing business reviews
Monitor evolving FLEX capabilities and marketplace trends to drive innovation and client education
Qualification
Required
8+ years of institutional options sales trading experience, including FLEX or customized derivatives
Strong knowledge of regulated options markets, exchange rules, and complex execution
Proven institutional client acquisition and revenue generation
Expertise in multi-leg and bespoke options strategies
Leadership experience in a trading or brokerage environment
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 4 required
