This role is responsible for ensuring fabricated and installed window systems meet design specifications, installation standards, and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities
Field-based role with significant travel to manufacturing facilities, third-party partners, and construction sites
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to varied job site conditions
Flexible schedule to meet project deadlines and inspection demands
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in quality assurance, manufacturing, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector, Quality Assurance Technician, Quality Auditor, or similar role in manufacturing, construction, or building products industry
Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, measurement tools, and quality documentation practices
Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify defects and deviations from specifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and product specifications
Comfortable with extended travel (majority of work time), including overnight stays and working in varied environments (factory, construction sites)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Preferred
Experience in fenestration, window/glazing products, or building envelope quality assurance
Familiarity with ISO or other quality management standards
