Responsibilities
Work in agile squads through PI planning, execution, and review
Produce verifiable artifacts (PRDs, code, security controls, designs, campaigns)
Collaborate with global mentors and cross-functional stakeholders
Learn how to position and market skills for international opportunities
Become eligible for paid participation when billable projects are secured
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, collaboration, and accountability in remote teams
Problem-solving mindset with ability to document real work
Interest in one or more tracks (EALP / ETLP / EMLP)
Commitment to a structured full-time OJT schedule
Ability to provide verifiable evidence of work (not AI-generated narratives)
Relevant studies in IT, CS, Business, Design, or related fields
Reliable internet and readiness for global time zones
