Support Specialist (Mail Clerk)
Randstad USA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join their Access and Patient Support team. The role involves providing critical outsourced services including medical billing support and assisting with mailroom operations to ensure patients can access necessary therapies.
Responsibilities
Mail Operations: Process incoming and outgoing mail based on specific client requirements
Production Support: Utilize sorting, stuffing, and stamping machines to prepare high-volume mailings
Logistics: Pack boxes and generate shipping labels for FedEx mailings
Document Management: Print, scan, and fax letters and medical documents accurately
Team Collaboration: Assist team members with special projects and provide reception support as needed
Performance: Maintain high accuracy and productivity during peak volume periods under time-sensitive deadlines
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of relevant experience in an office or production environment
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Familiarity with office hardware, including multi-function printers, scanners, and fax machines
Ability to follow strict, detailed instructions based on client-specific requirements
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
A 'team player' attitude with a willingness to assist in various departments
