Responsibilities
Design and develop RF hardware components and complete RF systems
Perform RF simulations, lab testing, and validation of circuits and subsystems
Contribute to the architecture of next-generation RF platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, systems) to integrate RF solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve RF hardware issues throughout the full product lifecycle
Support design iterations from concept through production and deployment
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in RF hardware engineering
Background in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability RF systems
Experience designing RF systems from concept through production
Experience with high-frequency RF systems (e.g., Ku-/Ka-band or similar)
BS in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
Strong proficiency with RF simulation and modeling tools
Hands-on experience with RF test and measurement equipment
Solid understanding of RF system design, integration, and validation
Ability to translate system requirements into robust RF hardware designs
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced engineering environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across disciplines
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
