US Maritime Training Project Manager
Lockheed Martin is dedicated to supporting the U.S. Maritime Training Program by delivering world-class training development and modernization solutions. In this role, you will directly support current and future Aegis/Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD)/Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Training Development and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs.

Responsibilities
Translating customer requirements into actionable organizational plans, including Statements of Work (SOW), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), risk assessments, schedules, and financial tracking tools
Maintaining a high-level program overview and proactively addressing schedule conflicts, initiatives, and execution plans
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, program managers, external customers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
Serving as the on-site liaison with the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) headquarters, representing the Lockheed Martin Maritime program office
Qualification
Required
Proven development project management experience leading small teams
Adept at working with matrix organizations for executing and proposing programs
Proven ability to identify and build strong relationships with and influence decision makers, and maintain long-term customer intimacy
Ability to partner with peers across Lockheed Martin Business Units
Demonstrated business acumen to include experience in EVMS, negotiations, performance metrics, and portfolio management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Security Clearance: Secret
Ability to work remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
