Efficiently manage and delegate incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring priority issues are addressed promptly
Demonstrate superior typing and organizational capabilities
Exhibit proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Keep our CRM system updated with the latest information
Manage scheduling and calendar arrangements
Offer field support to Advisors
