Onsite Manager
Staffmark is a prominent staffing firm that is currently hiring an Onsite Manager. The ideal candidate will provide human resources and recruiting support while building strong relationships with customers and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships as you handle customer service inquiries, concerns and issues
Utilizing your human resources skills forecast staffing needs, then develop and execute recruiting strategies that will meet and exceed our customer’s needs
Participate in partnership reviews with our customer, ensuring quality and continuous improvement
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and ensure P&L goals are being met or exceeded
Serve as a liaison between the customer and our employees, and investigate and document any matters that require intervention
Enhancing the Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders

Preferred
3-5 years of similar experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources
