They must have an active PMP that we verify and they must use as your boards as your ops
But it’s a 50-50 combination between Scrum, Master and Senior PM. Corporate systems
I want somebody that’s assertive that’s a driver that can connect teams that gets to the meat of the matter
Doesn’t wait for instruction and doesn’t get lost in the weeds
Qualification
Required
Active PMP Certification (must be verifiable)
Scrum Master Certification
Extremely senior-level Project Manager / Scrum Master (true 50/50 blend)
Assertive, driven leader who connects teams, cuts through noise, and elevates discussions
Self-starter who does not wait for direction and avoids getting stuck in the weeds
Strong command of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (must be a true PM, not title-only)
Corporate Systems Project Experience
Microsoft Ecosystem
Application and Data Cloud Migrations
Azure
Large-Scale, Senior-level budget ownership
15+ years of Experience
Preferred
Experience with complex Financial Systems strongly preferred
