Responsibilities
Collaborate with IFG Business Units, Functional teams and external customers to review and submit DD250s and DD250 corrections
Review, update, and implement DD250 processes, documents, checklists and tools to improve data accuracy and standardization
Enforce the use of DD250 and OTD processes, documents, checklists and tools by all IFG Functional teams
Develop, monitor, and report corrective‑action plans to resolve issues affecting DD250 and OTD metrics
Implementing technical automation workflows to visualize data for executives and internal/external customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Experience with program/project management and program integration processes
Demonstrated experience with process improvement and process documentation
Experience communicating and presenting at executive level
Experience in proactive problem solving and troubleshooting
Demonstrated Proficiency with Data Analytics (e.g. Knime/Alteryx, SharePoint and/or Tableau)
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain an active Secret clearance after hire
Preferred
Experience with basic contract structure (i.e. statements of work, contract deliverables, inspection and acceptance)
Experience with Subcontract Management
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Familiarity with On Time Delivery and/or DD250 processes
Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and priorities
Advanced Communication Skills
Lifecycle of a Program familiarity
Experience working independently and with cross-functional groups to drive projects/actions to closure
