They are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to join their engineering team, focusing on product development and hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies, with an emphasis on injection-molded plastics, die castings, and sheet metal parts
Create and revise 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation using SolidWorks
Support prototype builds, testing, and design validation activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements
Participate in basic project coordination tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and milestone tracking
Support supplier communication, design reviews, and coordination as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in SolidWorks, including 3D modeling and 2D drawings
Academic or project experience with design for injection molding, die casting, and sheet metal fabrication
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Eagerness to learn and develop hands-on engineering skills
Preferred
Internship, co-op, or project experience involving supplier or vendor coordination
Familiarity with basic project management tools or processes
