Responsibilities
Perform manual and automated testing to validate system functionality
Design, execute, and manage test cases, ensuring comprehensive defect management
Conduct component-level end-to-end integration and verification using simulated external interfaces
Analyze logs and artifacts alongside design documents to identify and isolate issues
Validate system performance through rigorous testing strategies
Develop and execute tests and scripts using programming languages such as Python and Java
Apply security testing methodologies, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments to ensure system integrity
Collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
Document and maintain test cases, test plans, and test results with clarity and precision
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field
2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience
Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
Document and maintain test cases, test plans, and test results with clarity and precision
Solid knowledge in use and understanding of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories
Solid knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, system processes and scripting languages
Preferred
