In this pivotal role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of customer service implementations and operational transition projects to ensure on-time and high-quality execution that supports customer success.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of onsite customer service implementations, laboratory and production relocations, and related projects
Oversee project planning, scoping, execution, and post-project review to meet stakeholder goals
Develop comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and timelines aligned with customer and company standards
Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate and direct cross-functional internal teams (Lab & Production Services, Supply Chain, Operations, EHS, IT, Facilities) and external vendors
Manage all project logistics, including equipment moves, lab setups, material transfers, staffing, and vendor coordination
Identify and mitigate risks; analyze project-related challenges involving timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
Prepare and deliver project documentation (status reports, dashboards, budget updates, project closure reports)
Conduct site assessments and readiness evaluations with stakeholders before implementation and relocation
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory (GxP, EHS), and quality requirements
Provide subject matter expertise in project management practices, resource allocation, and operational excellence
May require lifting, walking, or standing during onsite activities and may require working non-standard hours as project needs demand
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
4+ years of experience managing service delivery, implementation, or relocation projects (preferably in laboratory, life sciences, or manufacturing environments)
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects with significant customer and stakeholder interaction
Strong understanding of lab support operations and materials management
Familiarity with EHS, supply chain logistics, facility readiness, GxP, and quality management is beneficial
Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
Strong organizational, logistical, and customer relationship management abilities
Skilled in Microsoft Office; project management certification (PMP or equivalent) beneficial
