Plan and implement activity programs that meet the needs and interests of residents
Encourage participation and provide one-on-one visits for residents
Accurately document all services and activities
Assist with care plans and contribute to quality assurance initiatives
Support residents with shopping needs and provide transportation as needed
Develop and maintain a monthly activity calendar that fosters engagement and community
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or GED
Preferred
CNA Certification preferred
