Responsibilities
Assist recruiters in posting open positions in Applicant Tracking Systems
Review candidate applications and conduct phone screens for assigned positions
Schedule interviews for Hiring Managers and Management Team
Document all candidate interaction in Applicant Tracking Systems
Extend candidate offers timely and accurately
Administer paperwork for new hires, regarding application status, interviews, and next steps
Assist with new hire onboarding in coordination with the Training Department
Support background checks, prepare offer letters, and pre-employment requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding
Perform general administrative duties related to recruiting and hiring
Additional duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ years' experience as a recruiting assistant or staffing coordinator
Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, email, and scheduling tools
Superb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
