Responsibilities

Analyze commercial loan documents prior to and immediately following the loan closing to ensure quality and accuracy

Identify and evaluate severity of deficiencies and take necessary measures to remedy

Report all loan review findings in a clear and concise manner to lenders and senior management

Examine loan approvals for proper execution and delivery

Demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions based upon bank policies, procedures, knowledge and experience

Adhere to bank policies, procedures, industry/market standards, and advice of legal counsel

Manage multiple tasks and responding to pressure and change with poise and confidence
