Responsibilities
Manage 5 - 15+ clients independently with training and coaching from Executive Managing Directors
Provide strategies and analysis to the C-Suite and Boards of clients
Present to and model in front of clients
Travel across the country, including night and weekend travel
Quickly ramp up knowledge in banking and consulting
Advance from managing 5 to 15+ clients
Become an expert in the financial institution space
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage 5 - 15+ clients independently
Capability to quickly ramp up knowledge in banking and consulting
Experience providing strategies and analysis to C-Suite and Boards
Ability to present and model in front of clients
Willingness to travel across the country, including night and weekend travel
Strong attitude and drive to succeed
Personality and cultural fit with the company
Preferred
Experience as a commissioned examiner at a state or federal regulatory agency
