Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional partners to drive and own designs for new Playables Builder focused features
Drive design specification development and create production ready assets
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process by making compelling designs and concepts and expressing them in stories, sketches, wireframes, flow diagrams, models, and 2D prototypes
Rationalize and justify design work, advocate for users’ needs
Work with the YouTube team to craft seamless and consistent experiences across the platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
Experience designing, building, or launching consumer-facing products
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization
2 years of experience leading design projects
Experience in the gaming industry
Experience in the AI space and AI platforms
