Responsibilities
Strategic leadership over the accounting function
Be a critical member of the leadership team, supporting the board directly with decision making
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Provide strategic insights and guidance in improving organizational efficiencies and profitability
Lead a medium-sized team, fostering a culture of high performance, enthusiasm for the organization’s success and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field
Active CPA license strongly preferred
Success in a dynamic, scaling environment
Highly effective leadership skills
