Responsibilities

Identifying and quantifying sustainability-driven opportunities that enhance property performance, reduce operating costs, and increase asset competitiveness
Evaluating climate-related physical and transition risks, regulatory exposure, and market positioning challenges across diverse property types and geographies
Supporting due diligence processes, underwriting assumptions, and business plan development that incorporate sustainability considerations into financial modeling
Preparing investor reporting materials, responding to ESG questionnaires, and supporting communications that demonstrate how sustainability initiatives contribute to portfolio returns

Required

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail
Demonstrated academic achievement and strong quantitative or analytical coursework preferred
Strong interest in sustainability, responsible investment, and real estate or alternative asset management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis and presentation development is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
Graduation date or anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027-Spring 2028
