Responsibilities
Support key improvement initiatives by reviewing procedures, documenting 'minimum viable steps,' and helping build simplified process flows that align with SAS’ time to value goals (based on project charter files)
Gain exposure to enterprise-wide functions including Sales, Hosting, Project Management, Consulting, and R&D as you map and optimize cross-functional workflows
Help identify broken or inefficient processes and propose redesigned alternatives
Assist Consulting Project Management (PM) leaders in creating standardized templates, playbooks, and delivery documentation
Partner with Consulting PMs to capture real world delivery challenges and escalate findings into process improvements
Draft and maintain clear, repeatable documentation for internal teams
Support additional improvement initiatives such as KPI tracking, meeting preparation, reporting, and operational communications
Qualification
Required
You are an undergraduate student studying Business Management, Analytics, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; not graduating prior to December 2026

Preferred
Experience with Lucid chart
Familiarity with project management concepts (Agile, process mapping, requirements gathering)
Interest or experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen - even beginners)
Experience with MS Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
