Responsibilities
Apply industrial coatings to HVAC systems and cooling towers
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on cooling towers, including:
Checking water levels and quality
Inspecting fans, motors, and pumps
Cleaning and maintaining heat exchangers
Troubleshoot and repair cooling tower equipment
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including:
Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Following safety procedures for working at heights and around moving machinery
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
Ability to climb up and down ladders
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Experience with basic hand and power tools
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Drug and alcohol screening
