Responsibilities

Lead a team of in-market Directors of Operations
Provide support and guidance for daily operations, ensuring consistency and alignment in processes and standards across the network
Establish written standard operating procedures for MCP’s clinics as well as standards of work for Directors and Practice Managers
Own and operationalize in the RHN key system level strategic imperatives. Such initiatives encompass efforts to achieve system and divisional pillar goals in all domains – finance, service, quality, growth, people, and innovation
Play a lead role in developing financial budgets annually in conjunction with market directors and exercise oversight and responsibility to deliver MCP on budget, including developing action plans to address budget variances during the fiscal year
Work collaboratively with a wide array of care team members and leaders from various functional areas
Analyze operational and financial reports and identify opportunities for improvement, including presenting such findings and action plans to the Chief of Practice Operations and other health system leaders
Promote a positive team culture based on respect and accountability

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
9 years progressive work experience
4 years management experience
Commanding knowledge of both day-to-day operations and strategic alignment for both primary and specialty care
Active engagement in the clinics
Ability to interface with other system leaders in driving enterprise-wide initiatives
Experience in leading a team of in-market Directors of Operations
Ability to provide support and guidance for daily operations, ensuring consistency and alignment in processes and standards across the network
Experience in establishing written standard operating procedures for clinics
Ability to own and operationalize key system level strategic imperatives
Experience in developing financial budgets annually and exercising oversight to deliver on budget
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide array of care team members and leaders from various functional areas
Experience in analyzing operational and financial reports and identifying opportunities for improvement
Ability to present findings and action plans to the Chief of Practice Operations and other health system leaders
Ability to promote a positive team culture based on respect and accountability
