Senior Sales – US ( Work from Home only USA)
Sage Metrics Services is seeking a Senior Sales professional to drive revenue growth for their enterprise offerings across the United States and North America. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle and requires an experienced solution seller with a proven track record in selling technology platforms to mid-market and large enterprises.
Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US/North America market
Own complete enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Transformation teams
Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes and pain points
Position Powerweave’s cloud, ERP, e-commerce, and BPO solutions as business transformation enablers
Lead solution demonstrations in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams
Develop proposals, business cases, and ROI-driven value narratives
Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting through CRM tools
Track deal progress, conversion ratios, and sales cycle timelines
Work closely with Marketing to support US-focused campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to align solutions with customer expectations
Ensure smooth transition and handover to delivery and customer success teams post deal closure
Qualification
Required
10+ years of B2B Tech, selling cloud/ERP/enterprise tech to US mid-market and enterprise accounts
Proven track record closing $500K-$5M+ deals with 100%+ quota attainment
Strong C-level relationships and executive presence
Self-sourced pipeline generation capabilities (hunter DNA)
Deep knowledge of 2-3 of: cloud, ERP, e-commerce, BPO
Located in US with active enterprise network
Salesforce/CRM expert with structured sales methodology
Collaborative team player who can orchestrate cross-functional resources
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
Exceptional communicator with storytelling ability
