B&Q is a leading home improvement retailer, and they are seeking a TradePoint Customer Advisor. In this part-time role, you will engage with trade members, recommend products and services, and help deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities
Help deliver a great experience for our TradePoint members by engaging, listening & selling the right products & services
Deal with all kinds of trade members every day
Take ownership of your TradePoint members & get to know them & their business through great conversations
Recommend the right products and services for TradePoint members
Build relationships with customers & identify new business opportunities
Help trade members get great value through promotions and signing up for the trade loyalty scheme
Continuously develop your skills through training and by learning from others
Work as part of a team and be flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
Qualification
Required
Great communicator and team worker
Ability to build relationships with customers
Ability to adjust approach in different situations
Eye for new business opportunities
Willingness to help trade members get great value
Happy to continuously develop skills through training
Flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays
