Iron Mountain is a leader in records and information management, seeking a reliable and motivated Heavy Machine Operator to join their Warehouse Operations team. The role involves operating heavy machinery, processing and destroying physical assets, and performing maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure smooth facility operations.

Responsibilities
Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, shredders, or balers, to process, store, and destroy physical assets while strictly adhering to safety protocols and operating procedures
Collaborate with warehouse leadership and team members to learn and perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, ensuring the protection and longevity of our facilities
Ensure compliance with organizational standards by accurately auditing goods received, managing inventory flow, and maintaining precise records of asset shipment and storage
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, specifically in operating heavy machinery or material handling equipment
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and a willingness to learn equipment maintenance techniques
Proven ability in executing precise tasks, such as loading and unloading materials and maintaining accurate inventory counts
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
current forklift certification is a plus
