Senior Account Executive (Remote)

Talentsearchpro is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business opportunities for their Exhibit Design & Build business. The role involves managing a new business pipeline, responding to RFPs, and building long-lasting client relationships while collaborating with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities for our Exhibit Design & Build business
Guide the prospecting process and project management
Maintain a new business pipeline and manage opportunities
Respond to RFPs and deliver on sales targets
Identify, qualify, and present to potential clients to create long-lasting business relationships
Collaborate with account, creative, strategy, and support departments
Utilize phone, email, social media, and research tools to hunt for targeted client prospects
Build meaningful relationships within target accounts by industry, ensuring awareness of our value proposition
Build and sustain key partnerships across internal teams
Contribute to the pipeline strength and applicable close rates for new and existing clients to reach annual sales targets
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring methodologies are deployed consistently and efficiently

Required

At least 3 years of experience selling within the exhibit design and build industry
Must be currently managing a book of business with a reputable exhibit design/build company
Quantifiable, proven track record of achieving sales goals
Relentless capacity to hunt new prospects via cold call, cold email, networking, referrals, etc
Recognition of the significance of appointment setting to keep the sales pipeline full
Expert lead qualifying ability
Intuitive and proactive with a love for challenges — a true entrepreneurial spirit
Driven, determined, competitive, and self-motivated
Skilled at developing compelling presentations

Preferred

BA/BS degree preferred
Comfortable working with Salesforce; experience with Outreach.io is a plus
