Responsibilities
Promote products to new and existing customers through outbound phone calls within an assigned portfolio to ensure year over year growth
Understand the customer’s objectives and position Design Collective as the apparel partner of choice
Collaborate with field sales to ensure customers understand all available solutions
Work cross functionally to ensure timely project completion
Lead professional virtual presentations
Educate customers about the online ordering platform
Collect/manage data through the contact management system
Become a subject matter expert for the department
Run process improvement projects
Visit local properties as necessary
Qualification
Required
Previous Sales experience
Previous experience successfully meeting sales and performance goals
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet/Intranet required
Ability to travel up to 10%
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
1+ year of previous Inside Sales experience
Bachelor's Degree
