Design target information architecture (IA), hub strategy, and site models
Define governance, security, and lifecycle standards

Required

10+ years of SharePoint experience across on-prem and SharePoint Online
Proven experience in architecting large-scale SharePoint migrations
Deep understanding of modern SharePoint Online architecture
Experience working with Sharegate or equivalent migration tools
SharePoint Online site design and governance
Hub sites, managed metadata, content types
Permissions models and security boundaries
Microsoft 365 integration (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
PowerShell for SharePoint administration (preferred)
Strong architectural decision-making and documentation skills
Experience operating in wave-based, factory migration models
Ability to balance technical purity with business practicality
Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder programs

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, financial services, or regulated industries
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2, ISO)
Microsoft certifications (SharePoint / M365 / Power Platform)
Prior MSP or large enterprise transformation experience
