Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver compliant, enforceable loan document packages for Commercial loan types utilizing Bank software

Review documents to ensure the structure and terms of the loans conform to credit approval and Bank policies

Analyze business entity structures to ensure accurate loan documents

Communicate issues to lending officers and loan assistants

Conduct due diligence of title commitments, flood determinations, insurance, and other pre-closing items

Set up specific document requirements in the imaging and tracking system

Adhere to Bank policies and procedures as well as industry regulations

Manage multiple tasks and respond to pressure and change with poise and confidence
