Sourcing Recruiter
Canopy Service Partners is a leading provider of professional tree care services, supporting a network of 20 companies across multiple regions. They are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter who will proactively source candidates and build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, databases, and creative outreach strategies
Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill field roles
Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Track and manage candidate activity accurately within the ATS
Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience from first contact onward
Monitor sourcing metrics and continuously refine sourcing strategies
Support diverse sourcing efforts and inclusive hiring practices
Qualification
Required
1–4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
A knack for engaging passive candidates with compelling, authentic messaging
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, ever-changing environment
Preferred
Experience sourcing for service-based roles skilled trades, or field operations
Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems (Team Engine, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc.)
A data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing sourcing metrics
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
