Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities
Triage and review incoming PhotoSearch entries against acceptance criteria (content, technical, and eligibility)
Validate entries against requirements
Handle submissions in accordance with company privacy standards and children’s privacy laws
This position may support a 24/7 engagement center and could require availability for evenings and weekends
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Computer Skills
