Mid, Senior LevelRCRO LLC is seeking an experienced macOS Consultant to help expand and mature their enterprise support for macOS. This role will focus on the engineering, management, and support of macOS endpoints, primarily MacBooks and iMacs.

Responsibilities
Engineer and manage macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment
Support macOS lifecycle management (provisioning, configuration, patching)
Implement and optimize macOS device management (MDM) solutions
Troubleshoot complex macOS endpoint issues
Advise on macOS security and best practices
Create documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams
Qualification
Required
Strong experience managing macOS endpoints at scale
Hands-on expertise with macOS and Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs)
Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Mosyle)
Solid understanding of macOS security and configuration
Ability to work independently in a consulting role
Preferred
Scripting or automation experience (Bash, zsh, Python)
Identity and device integration experience (Azure AD, Okta)
Endpoint security or compliance experience
