HR Generalist

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing employee relations programs and policies
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support
Promote a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution and mediation
Assist in conducting thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints and grievances
Document findings and recommend appropriate actions based on investigation results
Work with managers and employees to resolve conflicts and improve workplace relationships
Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to
Stay up to date with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Develops and administers programs related to employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance. To help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction
Explain the company's benefits and compensation programs, such as medical, retirement, etc
Assist in organizing and conducting employee information meetings on employment policy, employee benefits and other projects
Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations issues and investigations
Prepare reports and analysis on employee relations trends and outcomes for management review
Work closely with Employee Relations Manager to support overall HR goals and initiatives
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to employee relations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources, employee relations, or a related role
Preferred
PHR, SHRM-CP, or related certification preferred
