Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day operations across multiple production sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable output
Oversee plant personnel, drivers, and production staff while strengthening our safety culture and maintaining high accountability
Manage scheduling, inventory, cost controls, and both operating and capital budgets to support efficient operations
Support product quality by coordinating testing, monitoring production processes, and partnering with internal teams to resolve issues
Maintain regulatory compliance through training, audits, incident reviews, and ongoing improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in ready mix, aggregates, or related construction materials operations; multi-site leadership preferred
3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading production, maintenance, or field teams
Working knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements within heavy industrial or materials environments
Strong leadership, budgeting, and operational management capabilities in demanding or seasonal settings
Preferred
Bilingual capability
Experience with mobile equipment
Exposure to portable or greenfield operations
