Senior Business Coordinator, CEO Office
Christie’s, the world’s largest Art Business, is seeking a Senior Business Coordinator for the CEO Office. This role involves supporting the CEO with client relationship management, business analytics, and internal communications while managing the workflow of the CEO's office and coordinating major initiatives.

Responsibilities
Manage the workflow of the CEO’s office, ensuring alignment, prioritization and timely delivery across all stakeholders, working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO
Act as the central point of coordination for all major initiatives, deadlines and meetings involving the CEO
Prepare executive briefings and background materials to ensure the CEO is fully equipped for meetings and engagements
Coordinate with internal communications, HR, finance and other departments to ensure smooth operational functioning of the CEO’s agenda
Manage the interface between the CEO and senior stakeholders
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
Perform other duties as assigned by CEO and management
Work closely, efficiently and effectively to build and maintain relationships across other departments, including international and regional offices, external organizations, individuals, and institutions
Support the execution and tracking of CEO Office strategic initiatives, including special projects, organizational priorities, and executive communications
Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and reports for internal and external meetings
Liaise with senior executives, board members, clients, and external organizations with professionalism and confidentiality
Assist with client engagement activities, including event planning, guest list management, and follow-up communications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
A minimum of three to five years' related work experience. Experience in the Art World preferred but not a prerequisite
Excellent communication, including superior written and spoken communication
Strong interpersonal and client service skills, demonstrated with superiors, clients and peers
Exceptional at building and maintaining relationships
Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
Exceptional follow-up skills with attention to detail
A high level of diplomacy and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Positive, problem-solving attitude
Confident experience with Outlook e-mail, and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Knowledge of, or the ability to learn Christie's systems
