Responsibilities

Conduct market analyses and job evaluations to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices
Provide compensation guidance to HR and business leaders on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments
Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and incentive plan administration
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining documentation and governance
Analyze compensation data, generate insights, and recommend improvements to optimize pay programs

Required

5–7+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards, including hands-on work with salary structure design and market pricing
Experience leading annual compensation cycles, such as merit, bonuses, and incentive plan administration
Strong background in data analysis, including compensation modeling, pay equity reviews, and use of compensation survey tools
Direct experience advising HR and business leaders on compensation decisions (offers, promotions, job leveling, and organizational changes)
Knowledge of federal and state compensation regulations, including FLSA, pay transparency laws, and pay equity principles
Experience working with HR systems and compensation tools, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS/comp planning platforms

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
