Required

Bachelor's Degree/4-year Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related major field of study from an accredited institution
High School Diploma/GED and IT specific certifications
2 or more years of experience in Information Technology/Transportation/Intermodal Operations, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering
Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal and influence skills
Problem-solving, analysis, organizational, and time management skills
Agile team roles and methodologies
Fosters a culture of innovation
Pattern and dependency recognition supporting the development of sustainable and adaptable systems in various domains and contexts
Project Management skills to support the planning and execution of complex projects
Critical thinking skills including complex problem recognition, reflective thinking, and causal analysis
Communicate effectively and professionally with peers, leadership, stakeholder audiences
Work within established deadlines
Willing and able to work days and hours as assigned
Successfully complete a background check and drug test
Work inside an office environment (may include combination of on-site and remote work)

Preferred

Knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations Management to ensure the efficient utilization of resources
Knowledge of cloud and low code (Microsoft Power Platform) technologies
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization of workflow and system
Knowledge of risk and cost analysis to ensure resource optimization with risk-to-benefit valuation
Knowledge of web (Angular/Java) programming concepts and technologies
Knowledge of relational, document, and/or graph database concepts and functions
Knowledge of DevOps, cybersecurity, and integration practices and concepts
Knowledge of statistical, simulation, modeling, analytical and related programming languages (Python)
Knowledge of Quality Management methods and techniques
