Real Estate
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for enterprise software platforms, including Yardi and related systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
Oversee the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of property management systems. Lead evaluation and selection of new software modules and integrations to support evolving business needs
Partner with senior executives to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation. Direct the development of workflow strategies, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to maximize efficiency and scalability
Establish and enforce standards for systems development, data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and technology governance frameworks
Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on technology strategy, emerging trends, and system capabilities. Communicate complex technical concepts in business terms to influence decision-making
Lead and mentor a team of managers and individual contributors responsible for Yardi and related platforms. Drive talent development, succession planning, and performance management to build organizational capability
Champion innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Lead initiatives that leverage technology to create competitive advantage and enhance customer experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred from an accredited college or university preferred in Information Business Systems, or related fields
10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of leading large-scale technology initiatives and managing cross-functional teams
Expertise in property management systems (Yardi preferred) and enterprise software platforms
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to influence at all organizational levels
